I bought the "Book of Ratings" on Amazon.com and found it hi-larious.
The author writes for "The Brunching Shuttlecocks" website. http://www.brunching.com/speedracer.html Here is his rating of characters on Speed Racer characters, which is also in the book. Recommended highly for humor fans and people like me who rank and grade everything. |

Very funny. I especially like his rankings of the Fisher-Price Little People.

I was looking at his ranking of numbers, and maybe I saw an incomplete list, but how can Pi only get a C- and where is the ranking for e?

If he does a numbers part 2 it will be in there - much like the Orange Cupcakes were on the second Hostess ratings!
Personally, I always though pi was over-rated myself. Too damn convienent. Sort of like the square root of 2. It's always an out. |

I'm sorry, anyone that gives a Suzy Q a C-minus is not someone that I want to hear ratings from.............

I agree with the Suzy Q rating. Every try to eat one while wearing a shirt and tie and look dignified?

More bad news, Max - did you look at the Speed Racer Characters ratings in the original post? Racer X only gets a B+.

Inexcusable.

As charter member of the "I was gonna choose Racer-X, but Max took him first" club, I concur.

Something an old college professor said to me a few years ago: today's writers write more and more on less and less
After this thread, I am rather inclined to agree with him

How could any wrong that he did compare with that?" - John Sears |

PW - that's the brilliance - especially in this day and age of TMI.
