Default Late Nite Double Trouble

The first time this happened was on 6-11-63. It didn't happen again until 6-16-95. What was it?

the visiting team went ahead twice in extra innings, only to have the home team tie it up in the bottom of the inning?

You might want to take a close look at those 16 inning games.

It does involve back-to-back HR's but there is a little more to it than that.

Back-to-back homers in extra innings on the first 2 pitches of the inning? Total shot in the dark.

Back to back inside the park homeruns in extra innings? (Yes, with Dick Stuart involved I can possibly answer it like this!)

Those are all good guesses, but not correct. I really can't think of a hint that would put you on a better track so I'll just give the answer.

These are the only two known occurrences of teammates hitting back-to-back HR's after the 14th inning.

Wow, tough question. Even with the clue in the title, I don't think I would have ever guessed that.
