The first time this happened was on 6-11-63. It didn't happen again until 6-16-95. What was it?

It does involve back-to-back HR's but there is a little more to it than that.

Those are all good guesses, but not correct. I really can't think of a hint that would put you on a better track so I'll just give the answer.
These are the only two known occurrences of teammates hitting back-to-back HR's after the 14th inning.
