Lightbulb Rookie eligibility Rules - Is Mike Cuddyer a rookie

Like many fantasy leagues we have a minor league farm system. Our rule for the farm system is that once a player loses "rookie" status, they must be placed on the active roster. However, we have run into a dilemna. Michael Cuddyer of the Twins has accumulated 130 ABs. Depending on the sources we read there are 2 different readings. One states, "Eligibility requirements were set forth in 1971 and a rookie was formally defined as a player with less than 130 at-bats, a pitcher with less than 50 innings pitched, or anyone with less than 45 days on any Major League roster."
However other sources read exceeding 130 ABs.

So our question is, which is the official rule? Does a player lose rookie status AT 130 or once 130 IS EXCEEDED? Is Mike Cuddyer a rookie?

Any help you could give is much appreciated. Thanks

Who knows. They seem to change some of these rules at whim? Is it at-bats or plate appearances?

Unhappy

It is ABs. I honestly can't believe that there is such ambiguity out there on this issue. There must be a site or a listing somewhere stating who is a rookie and who is not.

We just discovered that Eric Munson is in the same predictament!! He has exactly 130 ABs. What are the chances?

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be grateful!!!

A player is considered a rookie if he hasn't accumulated more than 130 at-bats, 50 innings pitched, or 45 days on a major league roster before Sept. 1 of any previous season.

John Sickels mentions him in the minor league report, and states that he's still rookie eligible. What are the odds he'll pull a Rolen and get this award coming into the year exactly at the rookie minimum?
