Fred Taylor was fined $10,000 today for doing the throat slash move last week:
http://espn.go.com/nfl/columns/pasqu...n/1461756.html I have no problem with fining for moves like this, since I think it's a vulgar act, and the players have been warned. In fact, Taylor was fined for doing the same thing in September. As long as they don't start fining people for "positive" celebrations, I'm okay with it. Just wondering how others feel about it. As a postscript - I really like Fred Taylor as a player, but this quote from him made me laugh - "The league is getting carried away," Taylor said. "I can't afford to be just giving away money." |

I think the NFL should fine him more, if they really wanted people to stop.
