Question bummer

this player missed the batting title by one point and then was released and not picked up by anyone else. he only struck out 19 times that year.

BTW where are all the trivia masters?

In 1945 during the war, Snuffy Stirnweiss beat out Tony
Cuccinello .308 to .307.

Cuccinello was ancient - I doubt if he'd have played under any circumstances once the real ballplayers returned from the war

How could any wrong that he did compare with that?" - John Sears
