Default Hello

Hi everyone. I'm Kevin from Cleveland, and am a huge Tribe fan. Though it is tough going through rebuilding again. I've loved baseball all my life, but it was tough recovering from the 97 Series. I guess thats it for now.

Buckeye Welcome. I am trying to be nice but I was at game seven of the '97 WS and was cheering for the other team! Also, are you a OSU fan? I am an alum of the U of Iowa...ok maybe I am not trying all that hard to be nice!

Seriously...welcome to the NDF!!!!!!

Don't listen to TGwynn. He's so bad off he's got issues with his socks. I'm an OSU fan (in case you are) but on the baseball side I go with the Queen City. I hope you enjoy it here.

I'm as big an Ohio State fan as I am an Indians fan. Hopefully they'll pick up a Big Ten title this year.

Welcome buckeye712! I'm sure you'll find the discussion compelling and the other Tribe fans as some of the more educated and understanding folks here.

Padres fans on the hand...

By the way, the Sox are Red. Hope you stay awhile!

I still celebrate the departure of Cooper, each and every year.

Buckeye and Skip,

So tell me, how much to do like hearing the Michigan fight song at the end of every season!

I have three Michigan fan friends with whom I either watch or "discuss" the game every year. And yes, I'm just d**n tired of the predictability of the outcome and especially of that freakin' song.

One of these *friends* gave me a CD for Christmas a couple years ago. Said it was a mix of music he thought I'd like. It was the UM fight song repeated ad nauseum. I'd have killed him, but hey - he has a pool so ....

Welcome from a transplanted Buckeye down here in Tar Heel country. Now is the time of year where I can harass these ACC basketball folks with a REAL sport: Big Ten Football!

And another Tribe fan to boot! Why my newfound friend you need to search the boards ( http://www.netshrine.com/vbulletin2/...&threadid=2145 ) and vote for our beloved Tribe as your favorite team! We're lagging to those hated Yankees.

(You're not a lawyer or physicist are you? Our quota has been met on those professions.)

Welcome Kevin. Just wondering, is there anything to the "712" in your title ?????

By the way, beat Michigan--I can't stand hearing "Hail to the Victors"......
