As much as I wanted to vote other and throw in a vote for Dave McNally, I went with Yount. Anyone who got an mvp as a shortstop and centerfielder deserves a lot of credit

I went with Rapid Robert. A 340-gamer if not for Hitler/Mussolini/Hirohito.

I went with Yount for the same reasons as James.

Picked Feller also. 266 wins, .621 winning percentage, and four years in WWII.

Rapid Robert.
Gwynn and Yount a respectable 2 and 3. |

A few people better vote for Gwynn or Trevor's going to have an aneurysm.

Sorry to Gwynn-o-philes. I picked Robin Yount and I'm 77% sure of that.
![]() But to perform at a high level at two of the toughest positions in baseball makes you deservant of my pick. |

Bob Feller has always been a legendary figure for me, meeting him when I was 8 at a Jimmy Fund event.
Feller's stats are awesome, his career was interupted, and he had a blazing heater. Gotta vote for Bob. |

Feller. He was a boyhood hero. I read about him the way young folks today are brainwashed about Nolan, the Overrated.
I almost went for Gwynn, and rate him a little ahead of Yount, albeit my rating is entirely subjective (as is my pick of Rapid Robert). Some choices are tough! ![]() |

Luzinski was definitely the greatest by at least one definition of the word "great". (Say, is there an obese smiley?)
