Default last players for moved franchises

what is the longest time that the last player active for a moved franchise, has played in the majors? the shortest?
i don't know either, but i read in another post, that drysdale was the last BROOKLYN dodger to play in the majors. first of all, i'm skeptical of that, but if true, that was twelve seasons after the move--move for the '58 season, drysdale pitched in '69.
any ideas?

Didn't Phil Niekro play for the Braves in Milwaukee? He played about 20 years after the move mostly with the Braves.

Phil pitched for the Milwaukee Braves in 1964 and 1965. I'd guess it's him.

Drysdale was 20 (and the Dodgers' biggest winner) the last season in Brooklyn, so that's likely. Willie Mays lasted until 1973 in the majors after the Giants moved. Eddie Mathews played for Boston in 1952, then played until 1968.

A starting place.

Jim Kaat pitched for the old Senators and moved to Minnesota in 1961 he kept going until 1983.

Toby Harrah played for the 1971 (new) Senators, and lasted through 1986. Can't think of anyone else who came close.

Here's a shock for me: I thought the longest lasting 1969 Seattle Pilot was Marty Pattin. No way, dude!

Skip Lockwood lasted a season longer, but it's not even him.

Give up?

It's Fred (Chicken) Stanley!!!!!!!!

Bob Aspromonte was the last Brooklyn Dodger in the majors. Don Drysdale was the last Bum active with the Dodgers.

My bad: I didn't realize the topic was how long they stayed with the same team after it moved. Niekro; no one else is close. My other posts miss the point.
