Red face Kinder, Gentler, Smed

Ever have one of those moods?

I did yesterday.

Sorry, y'all. I just felt the whole world was a bunch of blithering idiots, and I was trying to run a talk show.

Smed,

I (was about 22) once golfed with some older gentleman and I was pissed because I missed the green with a wedge and he stopped me and said, "young man, you only have so much negative capital to use in your lifetime, use it wisely." I don't have many profound moments but since that day I don't get upset too much at stupid things. Instead of road rage now, I try to smile at the offenders and say have a good day. Relax if you can and keep up the posts.

Smed... 9 out of 10 days I feel that way. Especially when I am driving home. I am convinced that 99% of people don't know how to drive.

SmedIndy ... NetShrine's Jerry Springer.

...oh, to heck with the bran, I'm sure the merlot did a much better job of restoring equilibrium.

I think bran chased with merlot really does a body good.

Nothing to worry your virgin ears about, spitball.

I'm thinking Metamucil mixed into the merlot. Of course with an olive, right hm?

In your case, prunes....lots of prunes.

You know hm, I'd say 'I love ya' now just because I cant stop giggling, but then the thought of 'I love ya' as a followup to a prune post just doesn't work. So all I can say is ... Olive. Olive. Olive.

Perhaps it's the thread title. A kinder gentler Smed just seems like a tender, flavorful McNugget. A good idea, but ....

(apologies to everyone on Earth). <giggle>

I don't want a kinder, gentler Smed!

I mean, without Smed to balance people like me out, we'd have 32 Metrodomes, triple-wall aluminum bats, blue astroturf, and batters being named as starting pitchers so they can bat in the first!

And Smed smacking me upside the head sometimes is a necessary part of that growth process.

That was where I was going with my 'tender flavorful McNugget' line - three words that just don't belong together.
