Nope, O'Hara did it twice, but this guy's done it more recently than Bill.

Ah, I assumed for some reason that O'Hara was the only guy. Did you mean to put "the last NL pinch-runner" in your original question?

That's exactly what I meant to put.
I usually reread my Qs to make sure they make sense, but since I was thinking of what I meant to put, I didn't even notice it:

Who was the last NL pinch-runner to steal 2 bases in an inning?

Also, O'Hara is the only guy listed in TSN's record book to do it twice, but they are missing many guys to do it--I've found 6 or 7 just through Retrosheet.
