Luckily, we're talking about our 25th man here. At least we didn't trade our second best hitter for him!

I used to like him. Now I realise, he is Carl Everett Jr.

Just a little nostalgia here. Dunston had the greatest cannon for an arm. I can remember when he first came up he used to catch a routine grounder, wait a second, pat the glove a few times, and then fire a bullet into the stands. DUCK!! So the coaches convinced him to hurry the throw over every time as if carl lewis was running. It cut down on his errors a lot. In another thread, people were talking about the ability to improve plate discipline. This guy had the worst batting eye of all time. And if anything, it got worse over time. I can see him now...visualize if you will....some cheesy 1980's soft-toser throwing a sweeping curveball as the catcher slides over to the outside and drops to his knees. Just as the ball is about to hit the ground, Dunston takes that wild-a** two handed chop while both feet leave the ground. There's a grounder right to short and the throw beats a motoring Dunston to first by a milisecond. Aaah the memories.....

Default Shawon-O-Meter

Up to .139 and rising! WOW!

I think Damon Minor starting today is a good sign for the Gints. Maybe Dusty will finally dump that loser Snow.
