I am thinking of starting a baseball site, and I want to employ the help of you guys..
I will be getting a domain if the idea pans out. Anyways, the site is going to be called "Baseball Mag" It is going to have Columns, standings, stats, Discussion Board, Baseball Gaming, and all that sort of stuff, and also, each team would get their own page, and a staff member who write a weekly column about that team and keep their stats up to date and that sort of thing. If you think the idea is cool, say so, and then I'll post my e-mail here and we can get the idea off the ground. ![]()

Matt, one suggestion I would make is asking yourself - "what does my site offer that I can't get anywhere else?" That will give your site its own identity and a niche audience.

When I started Under The Knife, it was because of my frustration at paying Baseball HQ to get weekly injury info. I decided that while BBHQ is a fine site, I wondered where I could find daily info or some medical analysis of injuries. When I couldn't find either, I realized I had a niche and dove into it. While there IS a place in the world for another baseball "general" site, if it isn't going to offer me something that I dont get in my daily rundown, I probably won't switch.
My rundown is probably a pretty good other topic ... All that said, best of luck ... and if you decide to have an injury section ... ![]()
