ok this has to be it.

1876 St Louis Brown Stockings

George Bradly won all 45 games, in fact he got every loss for the team as well.

I don't think there were any other pitchers since 1876 to win all of their team's games...
What about the highest % of someone who didn't win all of their team's games? (It's someone you haven't mentioned yet).

How about 1876 Chicago White Stockings pitcher Al Spalding 47 out of 52, thats 90%.
