I like Daryle Ward in the NL and Tim Salmon in the AL.

Not huge sleepers but people I think will fall a lot lower than they should be.

Dave Ortiz. He's been recently quoted as saying that he expects to have a great year now that Tom Kelly is gone and they have someone 'who'll let a guy pull the ball once in a while'.

Paul Quantrill. Should go real cheap, could end up closing but should get 10 wins give or take anyhow.

If you can get Ted Lilly for a buck, you may do OK.
Bret Myers too.

I think Tony Batista may have his best year yet. Especially if he plays some SS.

Is that from a real-life or fantasy perspective?

The kid the O's gave up in the Chris Singleton trade, Willie Harris, has been getting hits and running well for the White Sox this Spring. Good Lofton insurance in an Ultra League.

I also think that Glendon Rusch will have his best year yet in the major leagues.

Derek Lowe.

Never stand in between a man and his mission or you will be hurt. He has that raw determination. Not the same shell shock look of last year.

Casey Fossum will turn some heads by the time the season is over. He should be cheap this year. Might not next year(smiley with crossed fingers inserted here.)

What's that smell? Hometown bias, mayhaps?

Why, yes GYB13! Home team bias in spades. Hard to tell the sleepers on another team. Better at picking ones on mine.

Go ahead and list your sleepers for the Yanks.

The Yanks don't have sleepers - we pay for known quantities
But I'll give you three: Ted Lilly (once the back of our rotation breaks down some more), Robin Ventura (sucked in 00-01, so I'd consider a .850-875 ops sleeper-quality), and Nick the Stick.
