This one's pretty easy I think. What 2 players returned to the major leagues after receiving a Hall of Fame vote?

And the other one is Jose "Blame It On" Rijo. Rijo Grande is of course a better Bermanism but what the hell.

Note to Bob Boone...please get Jose Rijo in the #5 slot this year. People love Jose Rijo, play for the people!

Unfotunately, you have Bob Boone managing.

And the rotation Bob Boone has is...well...non-threatening. Elmer Dessens as the ace? Please. You also got to throw Chris Reitsma, Lance Davis, Juan Acevedo, and worse off, Jimmy Haynes or Bohanon into the picture.
But who the hell would be Reds fans want to see pitch right now? Considering he delayed a Junior Griffey at bat for a minute, obviously it's Rijo. Unfortunately, he'll have to stay in the bullpen for the time being.

Seeing how he's projected in NO Reds rotations, this doesn't bode well.
That's baseball.

I asked the HoF this question some months back and they said that in addition to Rijo and Minoso that Babe Herman and Dizzy Dean also played after receiving HoF votes. They were not sure if this was a complete list or not.
