Default Plaque buildup

Which Hall of Famer is mentioned on the most plaques of other Hall of Famers?

As a guess - Ruth. As in a bunch of "second only to ...", "behind only ...", etc. type quotes.

Excellent deduction. Cy is mentioned on 12 other Hall of Famers' plaques, more than any other HOFer.

I'll have to admit I stole this question from a recent ESPN Jayson Stark column. Very good trivia question.

I don't consider that stealing. I imagine most of the questions that are asked come from some source (announcers during a game, SportsCenter, newspaper, magazine, other sites, a friend, etc.). I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Am I wrong?

I agree with YankeeLinks.

I think of it more as "liberating" than "stealing."

I just thought I'd cite my source. Most of the questions I use I come up with myself, I didn't want to take credit for an excellent question that I didn't write.
