Default One Question for Joe Torre

I'm going to the taping of the Yankee Networks, talk show with MIchael Kay.
it's supposed to be similar to McCarvers show or Ed Randalls, intimate setting, one on one interview with audience participation.

Thay asked me to make sure I was prepared with a question.

I have some ideas but I thought I'd get some input here.

What would you ask Joe Torre?

Hey Net, the attire is business casual do you have any netshrine merchandise that I can wear in a business casual style?

Talking

I would ask Joe if he ever considered slugging Skip Caray?

Boy, I wish I did - - what a plug that would have been - - sorry Chris.

As far as the one question - - - and, I hope someone will ask him this - - - why was Mendoza used so sparingly in the 2001 World Series? Esp. Game 7 - where he was not used at all?

If you need a back-up, I would go with:

How much will the team miss Paul O'Neill this year - both on and off the field?

I do have a NetShrine image file that I can send you - - - if you're willing to have "NetShrine" tattooed on your forehead. That would work.

Would that be a double entendre or should we ask Pam Anderson first? BTW, I'd assumed he was going for the Ol' Perfesser's 5peat from 49-53.

For a ?, I'd ask him if he thinks with Karsay, he's got the Jeff Nelson that he needed to make his rotation reliable again?

As a backup, I'd ask if he thinks Giambi's defense will be above average or will it hurt the Yanks, since his offense is so clutch and awesome?

have you actually seen her Buzz? I'm thinking that would be the "junior high school intramural bowling trophy" in the trophy bride world!! Not exactly the most coveted prize in the world!!

So, Chris -- what did you decide to ask...the clock is ticking...
