Talking STATS 2002 Minor League Scouting Notebook

Just arrived in the mail yesterday. Still my fav STATS book every year. Sickels has a fun style of writing and the book has plenty of eye popping info. Highly recommended.

BTW, I've been thumbing thru the prospects - - just looking at the names - - if you don't think the future of baseball is Latin and Asian players, think again. The book is loaded with them.

It's also one of my favorite STATS books and I downloaded my copy last week.

I just wish they were coming out with a new Scoreboard and wish they didn't discontinue Diamond Chronicles.

I wonder now that FOX has it's arms around STATS if it's not all downhill from here - - in fact, I wonder if Johns Sickels is going to feel it (writing on-line for ESPN/Disney) with FOX owning STATS?
