George Edward Martin "Rip" Van Haltren
He played in the major leagues from 1887 to 1903.

At the time of his retirement, Van Haltren ranked in the Top Twenty in RCAA in the NL and Top Five at his position (CF).

never had a full season with negative RCAA
in fact, his worst full seasons were two where he had 7 RCAA 9 times more than 30 RCAA, including 5 over 40 |
