Roy Joseph Cullenbine
He played in the major leagues from 1938 to 1947.

Cullenbine was one of four players on the Detroit roster (plus a bunch of farm hands) to be granted free agency in 1940 by Commissioner Landis. For some reason Cullenbine did not have to serve in WWII and his stats are padded immensely by playing against WWII competition. His WARP3 of 57 is probably more indicative of his real levelof play.
