Pascual was one of my favorite pitchers when I was growing. Throw a devastating 12-6 curveball. Sadly played virtually his career with dogs.

then had a terrific 6-year run of 144 RSAA
then turned around and put up -28 RSAA over the final 7 years of his career
I just can't vote yes, but I feel bad that I'm more or less voting no because of his first 3 seasons
