Our color man in Seattle, Ron Fairly.
Fairly was Ken Levine's answer to every trivia question back when Fairly started out with the Mariners and Levine was still doing play-by-play. He was only right once.

I know Levine wrote for Cheers, so him writing for Frasier would not surprise me.
I don't recall Levine to be as good of an announcer though. He was only there a few years, and then we replaced him with Chip Caray after he defected from Skip's presence. (Is Skip the guy who Rich Eisen imitates all the time when he does Chipper Jones highlights?) Thankfully, Rick Rizzs came back so we managed to replace him.
However, all of them make me wish Dave Niehaus went a full game on radio or TV.
