Larry Mahnken's Bad News
Many know Larry Mahnken from his award winning blog - or from his postings at Baseball Think Factory and the like.
Well, in case you missed it mentioned elsewhere on the 'net, his apartment in Rochester, New York, caught fire yesterday and he's lost his home and everything in it. I share this in case anyone is interesting in helping him out in a time like this - you can go to his blog and make a PayPal donation there which I am sure he would put to great use. Damn...
I have friends in the area, and I should be heading up that way in a couple of weeks. Better drop 'im a line That really stinks. Bad timing at that. Anyone who has experienced a Rochester winter knows what I'm talking about
