He's a guy that I would want to lead my team.
Does not take himself too serious, and, from the stories that I have heard, he is perhaps the classiest person in the game. That's a good thing in terms of setting a tone for the way for things to be done.

As an Indians fan, I love Grover. I feel bad for the guy that he never had much to work with in Baltimore. He was in a prime spot in Cleveland, an owner willing to spend money to get talent, a new ballpark, tons of excitement for the team. It's a shame the Tribe never won it all with him at the helm (thanks, Mesa, Fernandez).
I hope the front office in Seattle is willing to get the pieces in that he needs to succeed. Does this open the door for Omar in Seattle for one or two years?

I wish Grover well, but fear Seattle is not the right place. They don't seem to be headed in a good direction. Hope they have some real help coming from the farm system.

IIRC, the M's do have some talent coming. They could be like the Indians of the 1990's.
