Default KG for MVP

I think this year the choice is quite obvious, though many people are now taking Tim Duncan into account again. I feel the closest player to KG this year in Jermaine O'Neal, and even he falls short by quite a bit. So, who is your MVP? Are you for Jermaine, Duncan, maybe Bryant, or KG?

Grant Hill

by not being able to play this year, he has helped the Magic position themself for a high draft pick

Default Jermaine by a nose...

I'd go with Jermaine by a nose...the Pacers have maintained a consistant level of play all year and have the best record in the league. The kicker for me is the Pacers record against the Western Conference...without Jermaine, the Pacers lose another 10 games to the west. KG has better game, but he also had a *slightly* better supporting cast that Jermaine.

I'd likely to give it to KG, although I'd probably consider Jermaine O'Neal over Duncan as a second choice. The argument for O'Neal is that he's led Indiana to the league's best record without having a strong supporting cast.

However, I just think KG has been the best player in the league this season. I know Spree and Sam Cassell provide a nice 2-3 punch, but Garnett has been a dominant player while picking up more of the leadership role for the 'Wolves.

Default Dee-Fense!!

Warning...homer pick!!

The foundation of the best defense in the NBA...Big Ben Wallace!! Without him Detroit's an 8-seed...or worse.

Returning to reality...it's gotta be KG!!
