Question

I could swear I read something somewhere about the Baker Bowl with some reference to "The Hump" I don't remember what the Hump was, just the name. Probably just wires crossed in my memory or a duplicate reference.

Couple of clues:
There was a World Serie played there
The centerfield fence was 635 feet away
A perfect game was pitched there
There a statue standing on the site today of that perfect
game pitcher

Skip is right, it is Baker Bowl at the Huntington St Grounds
in 1904-38. Here where I got confuse, the park in Boston
is called Huntington Ave. Grounds where the 1st perfect gm
& WS., it too was built over tracks. But the Hump of it all
was Baker Bowl with an exactly tunnel. Easy to mix them up,
sorry.
