From ESPN.com:

After shutting out the Phillies on April 15, Odalis Perez worked a total of 6 1/3 innings in his last two starts. Despite the lackluster outings, the Atlanta Journal Constitution reports manager Bobby Cox will "probably" stick with Perez in the rotation, though a clear message was sent to Perez when Damian Moss was called up from Triple-A. Moss, also a lefty, was 1-0 with a 0.41 ERA in four starts, allowing 12 hits and striking out 30 in 22 innings at Richmond.
