At Greefield Village in Detroit they play a couple of games a year. I have been meaning to go to a game but haven't had the chance yet. I guess it is very cool to watch.

They do this in Indianapolis every once in a while at Connor Prairie, a living history museum.

Sometimes they play rounders or town ball, where you can "soak" the runner. (Throw at them and if the ball hits you, you're out.)
