After Gehrig, who owns the longest consectutive games played streak for the Yankees?

Are you sure about that? On May 5, 1925 Everett Scott streak of 1307 games was stopped while he was a member of the Yankees. If you add up the games he would have Matsui beat.
Everett Scott 1921 played with Boston 1922 154 games 1923 152 games 1924 153 games 1925 15 games ============== TOTAL 473 games Hideki Matsui 2003 163 games 2004 162 games 2005 77 games (as of 6/30/05) ============== TOTAL 402 games |
