Default Yellowstone gets tough

You know, I'm all for law and order and not molly-coddling criminals, but this is a bit much.

I hope they don't catch me for all those mattress tags I ripped off...

Actually, I have a ton of respect and sympathy for the tough job of keeping Yellowstone safe and usable. The rules on food storage are strict for good reason: 90% of the visitors think bears are cute, cuddly, tame critters, and boy wouldn't it be fun to have your picture taken with one! Okay, maybe not 90%, but a whole lot.

But the gal paid the fine -- don't come busting in on her during a cruise and leading her away in chains. I don't believe such actions make Yellowstone any safer.

For the record, you the consumer are more than allowed to remove your mattress tags. The strict warnings only apply to the seller.
