Thanks hopbitters. Alibris and abebooks were the other two sources I'd checked. I wasnt aware of the others, I'll go find them and add them to my links - even though they wont help in this case.

edit: oops, I'm an idiot. I had searched bookfinder and quill & brush too.

Just heard back from Bobby Plapinger ... he say's that he's NEVER had that book, but that he knows of a copy that went at auction for about $10K a while back. Oh well.
