Default What do we call them?

Labral tear survivors and comeback candidates need a new name ... be sure to register, vote, and then check out the rest of the forums!

Netshrine is not the official forum of BP and should not be considered such. It is simply a place I like to hang out, talk baseball intelligently (or at least as close as I can get), and meet some great people.

"I was pulling for Pete and agreeing with (commissioner) Bud Selig that Pete should be eligible for the Hall of Fame," said Giles, now chairman of the Phillies. "Bud was close to making him eligible right after his meeting with Pete (November 2002). Right after that, Pete got into tax trouble (in California), and that delayed the process."
- Phillies Chairman Bill Giles in the Dayton Daily News, January 25th, 2004.

POSTING TIP FOR THE DAY: When composing a post, think about what you would say if the intended recipient was an individual who was actually sitting just two feet in front of you, in person, rather than just some far away and anonymous audience who only can identify you as text on a PC screen - - and then write your post in that manner. It makes for remarkable and sincere discourse.

I'm with nyyfan. I don't see anything wrong with "labroids", and I think that one should stick.

I like Labrensteins. Pronounced as Gene Wilder would have pronounced it.

Sorry, Will, I can't say that I like any of them. Labroids isn't bad, though.

I like Labradors, if only because it spawns Labrador Relievers.

I voted for "labradors", but would have gone with "labroids", too...
