I know Torre has reservations about bringing Rivera in in tie game situations, but I am surprised he didn't do it last night when Boehringer got in trouble, especially in light of the fact that he did not do so on Tuesday night when Mendoza was in a jam.

Has Rivera not been available for some reason or is it simply that Joe won't go there if the game is tied?
