Matthew Aloysius "Matches" Kilroy
He pitched in the major leagues from 1886 to 1898.

Kilroy only pitcher ten years and had two monster years. The other 8 were substandard in aggragate.

I don't know what Matt had against Roy which would make him want Kil the guy. But, I also don't really care.
