Royals Sign Scott Sullivan
The Royals signed reliever Scott Sullivan to a two-year deal, plus a club option for a third year. Sullivan was a combined 6-0, 3.66 with the Reds and White Sox last season.
This looks like a good signing for a team that is desperate for relief help.
