Got to see 25th Hour on the big screen yesterday and boy was that a treat. Spike's best effort since Malcolm X. Ed Norton, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Barry Pepper give wonderful performances, the dialogue is both edgy and humorous and the themes are plentiful and intriguing. Your thoughts?

I'm seeing it later this week. Looks good, and everything I've heard so far is positive.
