What is the fewest wins that was needed to be in the top 10 in their league in wins for a season? What year did this happen?

Lowest I can find is a tie at 3 in 1877

That's correct!
Imagine-3 wins and you're in the top 10. I guess that's what happens when one pitcher pitches almost every game for each team.Last year, the #10 places were 16 and 17 wins.
