He played in the major leagues from 1943 to 1963.

I had to reach for it, and it deflected off the tip of my right index finger. Shoot, if I was only 4 inches taller! Have you read The Baseball Same Game? |

Overrated, but 210 RCAA lets him sneak in.

I agree with Lee
I've more or less said yes if they have over 200, so, yeah, Gil gets in |

Interesting.
The first 8 votes for Hodges are all "yes." But, Paul O'Neill could not get 60% on his ballot: http://www.netshrine.com/vbulletin2/...ad.php?t=18513 But, are they not the same? See: http://www.waswatching.com/archives/...all_sa_24.html BTW, I voted yes for O'Neill and Hodges.

A very weak yes from me. His WARP3 is 89, which is good, but not great. He ranks 30th in RCAA for 1B's through 1970 (this puts him in context). In the same time frame he ranks 6th in HR's and 13th in RBI's for a 1B.
Oh, I voted for Paul O'Neill, too, but with little enthusiasm.
