Yanks Trade Prinz to Angels
The Yankees dumped Bret Prinz off on the Angels for minor league catcher Will Nieves. With Prinz being out of options and no chance to made the Yankee roster they had to trade him or lose him. Not sure of Nieves. I haven't much on him. Probably a future backup catcher at best.

Nieves didn't make the 2005 Sickels book, FWIW.
Prinz could surprise someday - it's all about consistency with him. At times he looks stellar, and then others he is awful.
