Foxx is one of them. Double X 23.1 innings and yielded 14 walks and 13 hits. His ERA was a glittering 1.52.

There is one player who meets this criteria but he is not in the HoF as a player.

It was indeed LaSorda who in 58 innings issued 58 walks while allowing 53 hits. His career ERA was 6.48.
