This player only hit two HR's in his career but he is the only such player to hit them in consecutive AB's.

does the q exclude active players?

Well, checking my source maybe I should say "prior to 1998", but I don't think it's been done since then either but I can't document that. So if they were active prior to 1998 and are still active then it includes them.

This was done in 1985 by a guy who had a career OPS of .319.
