Who are the four players KNOWN to have been intentionally walked with the bases loaded?

I can name Bill Nicholson, Mel Ott, and Barry Bonds. The 4th one is slipping my mind.

I didn't think Mel Ott's was intentional. Am I just thinking wrong here?

Maybe I'm getting Ott missed up as the "if" with Del Bissonette. Is he one of the questionables?

I got this list from a good friend who's done a lot of research on this--he, along with someone else whose name I can't remember, have investigated 'possibles' including Hugh Duffy, Mel Ott, Ted Williams, and Babe Ruth.
However, they proved that Ott did not receive one intentionally with the bases loaded.
Lajoie, Nicholson, Bonds and Bissonette are the ones!
They were able to prove that Bissonette did indeed receive IBB with the bases loaded--I thought that he would be the hard one to get!
