Just what I thought, for A-Rod to buy a sweet house, it's the same decision as if I want to buy dinner, drinks, and desert for six at a really swanky NYC steakhouse.
Swanky and steakhouse are two words that should never, ever, coexist in the same sentence. If that is your evening of choice, then a pox upon you and all your progeny anyway.

What's this ? A vegan ?????
:loud: No, not a vegan. I just prefer steakhouses on the rustic side rather than 'swanky'. The same hold true for barbeque joints, but even more so.

BTW, the last "swanky" steak place I went to was Sparks Steak House in NYC - - probably about 10-12 years ago. And, about 4-5 years after "Paulie" had his last meal there..............
