Another story that gets a song stuck in my head! Gotta love school admins with this kinda passion!
Principal Dyes His Hair Blue

LAPWAI, Idaho (AP) - Elementary School Principal Mike Halverson knows that a deal's a deal.
That's why he dyed his hair blue — a promise he made if his students collected 300 cans of food in a Thanksgiving drive for the needy. In the end, they collected over 400.
"It was a real surprise," said Halverson, 48. "I was looking in the boxes. I was more than curious."
School Attendance Officer Jolee Bacon generously spread blue hair dye through Halverson's hair during the school assembly earlier this week.
"Is it blue enough?" Bacon asked as the students urged her to add more dye.
"I'm just glad we were able to get so much food so that everybody could have Thanksgiving dinner," 8-year-old third-grader Darryl Kerby said.
Do you hear me?
Do you care?
Do you hear me?
Do you care?
Let me get by over your dead body
Hope to see you soon
When will I know?
Doors three feet wide with no locks open
Walking always backwards in faces of strangers
Time could be my friend
But it's less then nowhere now....
Pursue it any further and another thing you'll find
Not only are they deaf and dumb they could be going blind
noone notices
I think I'll dye my hair blue.
Media overload bombarding you with action
It's getting near impossible to cause distraction
someone answer me.. before I pull the plug.
What are words for
When noone listens anymore
What are words for
When noone listens what are words for
When noone listens
There's no use talking at all.
