Hey y'all...

Well, I guess I'll start out with the basics. I'm Ashley, from Dallas (and southern california), born and bred an Angels fan, currently supporting my Halos and the SF giants (although I'm not a fan of Bonds).

I haven't been following baseball as long as some of the illustrious members of this forum, but I'm a sponge for knowledge about the sport. Other than that, I'm addicted to hockey, and college football, although my school (southern methodist university) doesn't exactly have the best team.

Ok, I guess if you want to know anything else or talk about the Halos chances against the Yankees this post season, let me know.

There are several other Disney Angels fans on the site - and even more Giants fans.

SMU never really recovered from the death-penalty back in the 80's, did they? What conference do they play in these days?

Welcome Ashley. It just occurred to me that perhaps Angels fans are just the West Coast version of BoSox fans. Whaddaya think?

I've alays thought that skip. Especially with the players that have gone back and forth between the 2 teams.
Another Angels fan....I'm in heaven(pun intended).

No, SMU has still not recovered from the death penalty. We're rediculously bad... still... in fact, we lost to NAVY two weeks ago... (fyi, they went 0-10 last season)... Sad to say, we're in the WAC... which is pretty much the bitch of all of the conferences.
