Is anyone in here an old ballpark expert? We are from http://www.Digitalballparks.com and are looking to digitally photograph every single baseball stadium, from every possible angle of the stadium, that has ever been used for professional ball, and is still standing in the world (i'm not kidding)...
problem is... most of these baseball stadiums have been renamed and it's almost impossible trying to find them. You'ld be amazed how many people have an old minor league park in their back yard and have no idea that it was used for professional ball.
I have bought Benson's Ballparks of North America which has shed some light and am now working with SABR member Gord Brown to try to find others...
IF ANYONE OUT THERE KNOWS OF ANY BALLPARKS STANDING THAT HAVEN'T BEEN USED IN YEARS AND YEARS, OR HAS A DATE (year) THAT A BALLPARK WAS DEMOLISHED... PLEASE LET ME KNOW!
