As I thought from the minute this story broke, he's involved in some capacity. I am taking the fact that he refuses to speak to her parents as proof of some guilt.

The thing for me is - - in six weeks time, eventually, something is going to pop up - - - credit card usage, ATM, EZ Pass, witness siting, something - - assuming you're still in the country, these days, it's impossible for them not to track you somehow. Makes me think she's dead, for sure. Who done it? Dunno.

This is another AnnMarie Fahey story in the making. A prominent politician gets involved in a clandestine relationship and when the "other woman" wants out, the only way out is el muerto! :devil:

It's too bad. Hopefully if the guy is behind her disappearance in any way, it catches up with him.

He is 54 - she's 24 - I think?
As someone who will be 54 in 15 years, I always wonder how these guys pull it off with a 24 year old. I guess power is the ultimate seduction.

Hey - she was no prom queen. I don't think it would take much coersion to get her into the rack.

Two new pieces of information have formulated an idea in my head. Last week we learned that Condit was having an affair with a flight attendant. Today, it was learned that Condit's wife happened to be in DC the week Levy disappeared. The wife, it seems, spends the bulk of her time in Cali.

Here is my plot. The wife learns of a second affair, this one with Levy. She goes to DC, stalks the girl and kills her. The question becomes does Condit know and is now covering for his wife?

(Is it obvious that Mex likes to watch a lot of Lifetime?)

The headline in one of the supermarket rags reads that she killed herself because he ended the affair - - and did so to set him up. Possible.

Saw the Levy family atty on TV this AM - named Billy Martin. (No relation to Chris Cary's cat or the late MGR.)

Anyway, atty was hinting that Chandra's family was aware of her "medical condition" (;) prego ;)) at the time of her disappearance - but, will not comment on that out of respect for the investigation progress. Hmmm....plot thickens.
