It appears that I'm on course to win the retard of the year award. Heres my post in a new thread, only slightly adjusted.
1. My name is Jeremy
2. My favorite team is the Atlanta Braves
3. Through the ATM Reports. Full version of this story can be found elsewhere
4. Its good stuff. I haven't been around long enough to quantify beyond that. Everyone just knows their stuff.
5. When there is no baseball, I watch football (GO ILLINI!!!! 2001 Big Ten Champs!). I also find some time to work as an accountant. I like beer. Oh, and cigars. That should do it. If you want to know anything else, please ask. Not that I'll answer necessarily. But please, ask.

Avo Uzevian Maduros, Hoyo de Monterrey Prensada Maduro mostly. When I'm going cheap, I'll hit an Arturo Fuente 8-5-8 maduro. I pretty much exclusively smoke maduro's.
And yes.

Its been a crazy few months since I last posted. I lost my job and have spent my time for the past 2 and a half months job searching. Now that I have a job again, I can return to doing some things that I enjoy, but have neglected. I haven't entirely shut out baseball. Been doing a lot of reading. Finally finished up the New Bill James, read "A Legend in the Making," "You're Missing a Great Game," and just started up "Joe DiMaggio, A Hero's Life." Now I just need to get the new sabermetric encyclopedia at long last and get resubscribed to Will's newsletter.
I look forward to getting back into the thick of things offering my moronic and useless two bits on subjects I know little about.
cheers!
Welcome back. Congrats on the successful job search too ... hope its one you like.

Welcome back. I just saw a post and went "Wow, I haven't seen Rajah in awhile.". Congrats on finding a new job. I am sure it is very nerve wracking.
Don't worry about Will's newsletter... he's got some news for you. ;)

Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!:bounce:
Congrats on returning back to the working world. I went back last Monday. The thrill is gone already......how about you?
Bring on baseball........faking an intrest in football is killing me.

Tomorrow is my first real day of work. I've been doing training all week thus far. I'll let you know later about the "thrill". I think the thrill will be that paycheck. And the thrill will probably vanish quickly.
