I know that there are dozens of books about the "biggies", but I am interested in getting team histories on some other teams. My thought was this...

Put teams in some kind of order starting with the least documented to the most and spend a few days having people chime in with titles about that team. We can skip kids books and annuals (media guides etc.) and try not to get too deep into player bios. Obviously, in some cases you'll want some. No Pirates library is complete without a good book on Clemente. Then on another thread, we can use one post per team list as a point of reference.

I know that we'll run out of steam at some point, but for me (any hopefully some others) it would be nice to know what's out there for teams other than the Yankees, Dodgers, Cubs etc. We can start small since I am sure that some teams don't have much.

My proposed order for the first ten teams, maybe moving to the next team every 3 days or so:

1. Padres
2. Angels
3. Royals
4. Expos
5. Brewers
6. Mariners
7. Blue Jays
8. Astros
9. Rangers
10. Twins

I have a pretty complete list for the Twins if anyone cares, but more if we get to that point...

I'm guessing you'll have more luck simply starting a new thread on a different team every few days, but either way this is a good idea. Dont know how much I have to contribute other than a book or two on the Reds, but it would be interesting to see what the group has to offer.

I'll leave this one here in case anyone is wondering, but I'll just start a thread and see what appears for each team.
