Name 2 players who have pinch-homered in both games of a doubleheader?

I have no idea, so I'll answer with a pair of Johnny's, Johnny Frederick and the greatest 3rd catcher ever, Johnny Blanchard.

No, LGO
One did it in the 30's. He's in the HOF
The other guy did it in the 70's

I'll answer my namesake for the 70's one. :)

Didn't Babe Ruth pull a stunt like this playing for Boston?
Or am I thinking of something else.

I'll say Schnozz in the 30's and Bill Robinson in the 70's?

The second guy is pretty obscure. He played 5 seasons (or parts)in the early 70's and had a total of fewer than 700 AB. But on my mother's birthday in 1973, he had two pinch hit homers, and he became only the second player to do so.

He played in the NL for a team whose logo is used as an avatar by one of the frequent posters to this forum

Would one be the kid from James Monroe HS in NY.

No it can't be Krane, a wild guess Hal King?

It would be Hal Breeden, actually.

Yeah that the guy I was thinking of, not King but Breeden.

Breeden is correct. On July 13, 1973 he pinch homered in both ends of a double header. Nice going
